RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Once your order has been dispatched, you have a 30-day window to return the products. To be eligible for a return, items must remain unopened with intact seals. Unfortunately, if the items have been opened, used, or tampered with, we cannot accept the return due to potential alterations in the product.
To initiate a return or cancel items, please reach out to us at support@greenbudzcbd.co.uk, providing your order number.
Refunds will be processed once we receive and examine the returned item. You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund through email. If approved, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.
In the event of a delayed or missing refund, we recommend checking your bank account, contacting your credit card company, and reaching out to your bank. If the issue persists, feel free to contact us at support@greenbudzcbd.co.uk.
Please note that sale items are non-refundable, and we only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. To initiate an exchange, email us at support@greenbudzcbd.co.uk with detailed information and your order number.
Upon receiving the returned item, we will conduct an inspection and dispatch the replacement. If your return shipping exceeds £50, we advise using a trackable service or obtaining shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt.
