Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch all orders quickly and securely using trusted Royal Mail services. The following delivery options are available at checkout:

UK Shipping Options

Royal Mail 1st Class – Aimed delivery within 1–2 working days (not tracked)
Royal Mail 2nd Class – Estimated 2–3 working days (not tracked)
Royal Mail Tracked 24 – Tracked delivery in 1–2 working days
Royal Mail Tracked 48 – Tracked delivery in 2–3 working days

All delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Tracked services include live updates via Royal Mail’s tracking system.

Dispatch Schedule

Orders placed before 12pm (Mon–Fri) are usually dispatched same day.
Orders placed after 12pm or over weekends will be shipped the next working day.
Please allow an additional day for dispatch during sales or peak periods.

Tracking Information

If you choose a tracked service, you will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Missed Deliveries

If no one is available to receive your parcel, Royal Mail will leave a card or delivery attempt notice. You can follow the instructions provided to reschedule delivery or collect from your local delivery office.

Incorrect Addresses & Returns

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. We cannot refund or replace items sent to incorrectly provided addresses. If your parcel is returned to us, a redelivery fee may apply.

Responsibility

Once your parcel is marked as “delivered” by Royal Mail, responsibility for the item passes to you. Please use a secure and reliable delivery address.
